How does a "cleanse" help with psoriasis

Well, there's lots of different types of cleanses out there, literally thousands. And I have a program called 10-week Transformation where I walk people through how to decide which cleanses are right for them. You can do research online or you can go to WellnessWithRose.com. I talk a lot about cleanses and have a lot of different cleanses listed on my website. But a lot of people don't know that your body is kind of like a car. It doesn't come with an owner's manual, but just like your car you need to go take it in to have regular tune-ups.

Your body needs regular tune-ups, too. And one of the big stresses on the body could be that your body is acidic or has a of chemicals in it so you need to do to flush those out.

And I wanted to mention to wrap up the SOS exercise...the key is to remove as many of these sources of stress as possible.

So let's say you take some kind of supplement for your adrenal exhaustion. You go "OK, it's adrenal exhaustion that's causing my psoriasis. I'm going to go take an adrenal support." Well, what you need to do first is remove what's causing the stress in the first place.

You have to eliminate as many of these as possible so it's kind of like you were walking and stepped on a thorn and you got an infection and you started taking antibiotics for the infection but you never pulled the thorn out. You have to remove what it is that's causing it. And keep in mind that that you have to look at things that have happened at least for the last five years.

Stress has a delayed reaction in the body so I very often will talk to people and they'll say "I got a divorce and then six months later I had psoriasis that came up and I haven't been able to get it to go away." Because stress has a delayed reaction, it can take six months or even a year for the stress your body is going through to catch up to you. And it's usually not one thing, it's usually a combination of different stresses.

I was thrilled when I was asked to do the interviews for this project. I'm really happy with the way it came out. I hope it's a help to you.

Please take a look.
